Short-Term Visitor Award to write book "Understanding Human Anatomy and Pathology: an Evolutionary and Developmental Guide for Medical Students", which will 1) demonstrate the useful application of evolutionary theory to medical students; 2) help them to better recall, understand and apply contemporary knowledge of topology, function and variation in human gross anatomy using principles of evo-devo; 3) decrease the huge gap between medical and evolutionary biology education in the U.S.A.
